Dream vs Reality

I sleep, I woke and then I'm confuse.
It's like I can't differentiate dream and reality anymore.

Firstly, it was this morning.
I received 2 sms from the same person, Wei Sin.
Both msg are rather blurred.
It's the kind of msg like people type when they're unconscious/half-sleeping.
And I remember I replied both the msg.

Then when I'm finally awake.
I look at my phone.
No more replies.
That's weird I thought.
So I checked my Inbox and Sent Messages.
I found out that there's no message I mentioned before.

That's when confusion occurs.
I don't know which is reality and which is dream already.

Then during afternoon.
Another dream.
I dreamt of Kwong Chun saying that he's gonna ffk later.
So when I'm conscious.
To make sure it's just a dream, I asked him about it.
He say I'm dreaming -.-"

Please tell me whatever that is happening is dream or reality?
I don't see a clear line in between both.
Dreams seem to be so true. Reality seems to be so unreal.
